Twin Tuesday: Huge Emerald Rings
What’s the only thing better than an emerald? A giant one, of course. And there’s nothing like looking into an expanse of rich green covering a significant portion of your finger. So when we spied this fabulous Chaumet 7.80ct Colombian emerald and diamond ring from 1955, we were smitten.
This fabulous emerald sits on a micropave diamond band, just beckoning its admirers to look deeper into its facets. Don’t mind if we do! And it reminds us of one of our own most fabulous emerald rings…

Ours is only 6 carats, and it’s a modern reproduction, but these small changes lower the price significantly. It’s also unsigned, so you won’t pay a premium. We adore the double prongs that make sure that big center stone isn’t going anywhere. And a thin row of channel set round brilliants adds some necessary sparkle to the band. Marvelous.
