Kate Middleton, Duchess of Cambridge, is currently heavily involved in the media due to a topless photo dispute with Danish and French Gossip Magazine Closer. Middleton, on a romantic getaway with husband, the Duke of Cambridge, decided it be safe to sunbathe topless on top of a French Chateau. Paparazzi with long lensed cameras caught the Duchess in her state of undress and sold the photos to Closer, who the royal family has filed suit against at this point. Closer first published these photos on September 14 and have since been asked to pull the published copies from newsstands.
