Thirsty Thursday: Sapphire Martini

Don’t let the name fool you, we haven’t started celebrating next month’s birthstone quite yet (although we are very excited to!) Rather, this sapphire martini refers to its punch-packing main ingredient: Bombay Sapphire. Likewise, our other beautiful blue cocktail isn’t a sapphire either! This gorgeous blue topaz is the most thrilling shade of cerulean, and it sparkles unbelievably with a checkerboard cut (one of our favorites). For your liquid cocktail, you’ll need Bombay Sapphire, Peach Schnapps, Blue Curacao, a splash of lime juice, and garnish with a lemon twist. The cocktail you’ll be wearing requires no garnish – it comes sprinkled with a dash of diamonds around the band. Cheers!
