Frozen Lemonade with Coconut Rum

Today’s Happy Hour cocktails du jour are a refreshingly tropical frozen lemonade with coconut rum recipe, best enjoyed while wearing this fabulous deco revival emerald and diamond cocktail ring. We love the lightness added to both of these cocktails, thanks to some ice (both of the frozen water and hardened carbon variety) but the real stars are the bright pops of fresh green; the frozen lemonade with coconut rum is beautifully garnished by vertiginous limes, and our lovely pear shaped emerald simply steals the show.
