Diamonds and Donuts Toy Drive 2022 is Here!
When the season to show love and share happiness comes, Diamonds By Raymond Lee understands and executes the assignment thoroughly. One of our many ways to show love and share happiness every Christmas is our annual toy car drive. And the Diamonds And Donuts Toy Drive 2022 is on course to be another testament to the positive and exhilarating nature of this event and this Boca Raton jewelry store.
On December 18, 2022, Diamonds By Raymond Lee will hold another edition of its annual Diamonds and Donuts Toy Drive for the kids of the Broward County Boys & Girls Club. Although we already have tons of RSVPs and a group of local sponsors, and the event is about three months away, we are here to spread the word. It is our way to make this the biggest ever Toy Drive in Boca Raton, as we do yearly!
Diamonds and Donuts Toy Drive 2021 was fantastic. We delivered two truckloads of toys to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County. With your help, we can make this year even bigger. A lot of these kids are from underprivileged families, which means they may not be able to receive gifts this holiday without our help.
This toy drive event is going down no matter what! We are footing the entire bill. All we ask is for you to join us and bring an unwrapped gift. Read on to learn about the Diamonds and Donuts Toy Drive, our co-sponsors, the great things the Boys and Girls Club of Broward County does for the kids, and what you can expect from this event.
What is the Diamonds and Donuts Annual Holiday Toy Drive?
The Diamond and Donuts toy drive is an annual holiday fest by Diamonds by Raymond Lee. The event is usually held during the holiday season. Taking place in the state of Florida, Boca Raton to be precise, the event is one of the largest car meet/toy drives in the state of Florida.
The Diamonds and Donuts Annual Toy Drive began in 2016 after the launch of our new state-of-the-art showroom, Diamonds By Raymond Lee. Since its inception, all Diamonds and Donuts Car Shows are free to everyone who wishes to attend. Also, we never swept aside the charitable aspect of these yearly events.
Participants are expected to fill their trunks up with toys. One thing is for sure; no one is left out of this fun pack Diamonds and Donuts Annual Holiday Toy Drive event as everyone is welcomed. One of the highlights of the Diamonds and Donuts holiday toy drive is the complimentary 9 am breakfast. And of course the BBQ at noon.
How About The Diamonds And Donuts Toy Drive 2022?
This will be our fifth toy drive car show. Since it began in 2016, we’ve done one every year. Each year we have an amazing turnout and collect heaps of unwrapped toys to deliver to the Boys and Girls Club of Broward County.
The toy drive has been a big success each year because we use our popular Diamonds and Donuts Car Show as a platform for the event. We draw in big numbers, as seen in the pics because Diamonds and Donuts always have South Florida’s hottest cars in attendance.
Like every other Diamonds and Donuts car show, there is a charitable aspect. However, with our Toy Drive, we push the charitable side tenfold. All of the attendees bring unwrapped toys for the kids. It’s really a great cause because many of these kids would otherwise not get any gifts.
Additionally, our toy drive car show helps local businesses get more exposure. We (Diamonds By Raymond Lee and Raymond Lee Jewelers) pay the entire bill for the car show, but we bring in other businesses from around the area to participate too.
They set up shop, providing their own offerings and giving the event more breadth. We are all about boosting our local economy, so this is a win-win for all. We will tell you more about these local businesses further below in our “co-sponsors” section.
Details You Need To Know
1. Our Recipient: Boys and Girls Club Of Broward County
This is all going down for the kids of the Boys and Girls Club of Broward County, so let’s quickly talk about them.
The Boys and Girls Clubs of Broward County have been giving kids the chance to meet their full potential as productive, responsible, caring citizens since 1965. It is an after school club that provides kids with great experiences day in and day out. Their goal is to help keep kids off the street and out of trouble while ensuring their success in the future. Kids in the Boys and Girls Club participate in leadership training, community projects, and sports and activities, all of which help them demonstrate great character.
Some of the activities include basketball, arts & crafts, character education, health & wellness, STEM, dance classes, computer education, photography, and daily homework help. The activities are very widespread, allowing kids to find things they are passionate about and good at, while also expanding their knowledge on important subjects both in education and culture.
The entire team of the Boys and Girls Club deserves much praise. They dedicate their lives to supporting these young people. The kids are our future, so they are making a huge difference to our community with each kid they help triumph.
Overall, the Boys and Girls Club’s vision for the next generation prompted them to create an unwavering, unprecedented non-profit for the youth. They are the biggest non-profit for kids in all of America.
At Diamonds By Raymond Lee, we support the Boys and Girls Club of Broward County and we have done so for many years. We know a thriving community starts with the kids. They are our future. We have raised various contributions for the Boys and Girls Clubs over the years.

What Do Previous Diamonds And Donuts Toy Drives Suggest for 2022?
If you attended either of our last two Toy Drives, then you know what to expect. But for those who didn’t, and for those who want a refresher, below are some highlights from our 2018 and 2019 Diamonds and Donuts Toy Drives specifically.
Note: Those years were the iconic times for us even though the 2020 and 2021 editions are unsung heroes as well.
Lambo Aventador
At the 2019 edition, @saraloveslambos blessed the event with her Lambo’s cargo full of unwrapped toys. This white Lamborghini Aventador, which boasts 729 horsepower, is just one of a few vehicles Sara owns. For instance, in 2018, she brought her rare convertible 1970 Baracuda. That year she bought over $2,000 worth of toys for our Boys and Girls Club Toy Drive.
Sara is always one of our biggest supporters and she is a good friend of ours. We think she will be at the Toy Drive if she is in town. Can’t wait to see what car she will turn up in. Maybe this year it will be her Gallardo Spyder.
Green Dodge Viper ACR
The owner of Strive Fitness, one of our co-sponsors for the Toy Drive, had the entire trunk of his snakeskin green Dodge Viper ACR full of toys in 2018.
The toys were awesome and so is his Viper ACR. It’s one of the fastest street-legal Viper track cars ever made. It has a super aerodynamic bodykit made from carbon fiber, which includes a rear wing and front splitter. The car has 1,500lb of downforce around corners, so on the track, it is an absolute beast. They tested it against the formidable VIPER TA and it pretty much put it to shame. Very sick car.
Aston Martin DB9
As you can see, toys came in all shapes and sizes. This DB9, which has a 5.9-liter V12 engine that reaches a top speed of 183 mph and a 0 to 60 sprint of 4.5 seconds, parked up in our lot and threw a huge stuffed animal on its roof.
The Exotics Come Out to Play
Expect to see all kinds of exotic supercars from Lamborghini, Ferrari, and McLaren. At our last toy drive, we had a couple Aventadors, a Gallardo, Hurucans, two 720S’, a 570s, and a Ferrari 488, to name but a few models. All of your favorite exotics make their way to Diamonds and Donuts.
The 2019 VIP Parking went to Sean’s (@954_mr_xi) Lamborghini Aventador. The once all-white Aventador showed up with a brand-new, never-before-seen artistic wrap. It also had a Grinch sticker on the driver and passenger window for some holiday spirit.
Spoiler: Don’t worry, he didn’t steal any toys, this Grinch actually brings a bunch of toys for the kids.
American Cars
We always have gangs of Dodges, Fords and Corvettes at our car shows. In 2018, we gave the orange Chevy Corvette ZR1 VIP parking. Let’s see who gets it this year.
Imports
With Superior Street Syndicate co-sponsoring the Toy Drive, you can already assume there will be a bunch of JDM imports, and we are talking about heavily modded clean builds that you won’t be able to help but glorify.
Trucks And Motorcycles
Make no mistake, Diamonds and Donuts also sees its fair share of badass trucks, crotch rockets, and custom motorcycles too. We suspect that Salvage to Savage and/or Boca Wrap Pro may bring a truck to the party.
How Do We Deliver Toys from the Diamonds And Donuts Toy Drive?
During the Toy Drive, we gather all of the toys and place them in our store to await delivery to the Boys and Girls Club. As you can see, our past events had some great turnouts for the kids. Even Santa’s magical sleigh couldn’t fit all of these toys.
Following the event, we will load up our Humvee or Armored truck, which will be decorated for the holidays, and then deliver it to the Boys and Girls Club. In 2021, it was such an amazing feeling to see all of the kids run out of the Boys and Girls Clubs, wide-eyed, as we opened up the doors of the jacked-up armored sleigh brimming with toys.
We passed out toys to all of the kids. Every single kid got at least one toy. We had so many toys that we delivered to both the Boca Raton and Broward County Boys and Girls Club. After all of the kids received toys, we took a group photo. We are really looking forward to continuing the tradition this year.
