Feel Good Story: An Adorable Proposal
Twitter Proposal
We know, we know, in certain circle the idea of proposal via tweet is nothing short of eye-roll inducing. But humor us, and watch the video below:
When we first saw this story on JCK, we were intrigued. After reading Adam’s Twitter feed, we were smitten! Adam created this Twitter account back in 2009 as a “gratitude journal” witht he handle @gratefulforher. Every single day, Adam tweeted something sweet and appreciative of his girlfriend, Michelle. On the 999th day, Adam sat Michelle & her family down to watch the video above. Upon its completion, he presented her with an engagement ring and an official proposal.
Adam worked with Chicago jeweler Susan Sandberg to pick the perfect ring. According to JCK:
“I worked with him along with Susan,” Brittany Herman of Sandberg Jewelers, says. “Adam didn’t want anything traditional so we showed him the Gelin Abaci tension set collection.”
The ring, a 1.01 ct round brilliant diamond is suspended in a tension setting made of 14kt white gold, and now rests securely around Michelle’s finger. Of course,
