Our 5 Favorite Rolex Watches This Month
Who loves Rolexes? We do! As one of the nation’s most prestigious buyers and sellers of pre-owned Rolex watches, Raymond Lee Jewelers loves Rolexes like…a lot. We can’t get enough of the timeless design, the impeccably crafted movements, the powerful mechanics behind those smooth sweeping hands. And neither can our customers. For over thirty years our pre-owned Rolex watches have remained the number one most requested, coveted, and bought item in our whole showroom (though Cartier Love bangles do give them a run for their money.)
Why do we all love Rolex so much?
They’re an even better deal when you buy a pre-owned Rolex
They’re a world famous fashion icon
Their ever-changing line up of in-production reference numbers provides discussion materials
Even their impostors are endlessly entertaining.
And that’s just a smattering of reasons. We could go on all day – but for your sake we won’t
As February wraps up, we’re looking back on our favorite Rolex watches this month. We’ve been featuring our gorgeous luxury watches for #MustHaveMondays on Instagram, paired up with some fabulous diamonds. And we also showed off the multiple ways that ladies can rock luxury watches for men. And today we just want to highlight a few new favorites.
First up, how sleek is this Rolex 16233 Datejust? In two-tone 18 karat yellow gold and stainless steel, the factory original gold fluted bezel pops against the two-tone Jubilee bracelet. The dial is a smooth black with gold stick markers, and keeps the 36mm case focused, pared back and stunning. And it’s under $7000, so (as far as Rolexes go) it’s very affordable.
We love a good Submariner, and this Rolex 16610 Date Sub is 42mm of stainless steel rugged luxury. The black dial with luminescent markers is the perfect foil to the unidirectional black bezel and stainless steel oyster bracelet with diver’s extension.
Let’s take a trip to Tahiti – no need for a passport. This Tahitian Mother of Pearl dial Daytona 116523 directs all attention to the dial (as it should.) And with that MOP as the background, the chronograph subdials and gold Roman numeral markers shine bright. The 18kt yellow gold fixed bezel frames it perfectly and meets the two tone oyster bracelet seamlessly. The 40mm watch case provides the generous size this watch demands.
This Rolex 16200 Datejust, on the other hand, pares everything back. This is Rolex at its finest simplicity, where you can just admire the workmanship. The bright stainless steel case and bracelet mirror the Roman numeral markers that gleam from a bright white dial. The smooth bezel and oyster bracelet blend together with lugs that fall back. No part of this watch commands your attention, and you’re able to enjoy the seamless whole.
Last but definitely not least, we have to show off this GMT Master II. With bold lumi markers and a larger than life bidirectional rotating ceramic bezel with inner engraving, this watch was made to stand out.
These are just five of our favorite Rolexes – you can shop our extensive selection all in our online showroom!
