Consultation
The first step is a one-on-one consultation between you and our expert jewelry designers. We encourage you to bring inspirational photos and other pieces of jewelry. We value open communication and the more you share, the more we’re able to match your vision. Once the design is agreed upon and a sketch is approved by the customer, a deposit is paid and the process truly begins!
Computer aided design & model
The next step uses a Computer Aided Design (CAD) to create a 3D model. From there, a wax model is made with the exact dimensions, to ensure the piece functions and looks exactly as it should. Using the model, our master jewelers build the replica in the precious materials of your choice and source diamonds or other stones if necessary.
Final product
Upon completion, the ring undergoes our quality control process, which includes an inspection by our team of jewelers, experts, designers, and – most importantly – you. Any final adjustments can be made at this stage, as your satisfaction is our highest priority.
