Top 10 Tacori Engagement Rings of 2016
The time has finally arrived – it’s countdown season! While we’ve still got 20 days to go ‘til Christmas (and 19 to Hanukkah), and we seriously can’t even think about our NYE countdown until then, it’s never too early for a great ring countdown. In fact, we do them all year.
But now, as 2016 winds down, it’s time for our charts to heat up with our biggest hits this year. Why begin so early? Well, to put it quite bluntly, we barely have enough time to show off all of our favorites from this year as it is. We literally are too great. So we’re getting a head start on our round up’s, and we can’t think of a better place to start than California…by way of South Florida, of course.
We’re headed to Tacori Town today and showing off our top 10 favorite Tacori rings of 2016. Let’s do this.
This solitaire from the RoyalT collection stuns with 1.65ctw of round brilliant diamonds set in platinum – but that’s just the beginning. This ring, because it’s from the RoyalT line, is designed specifically for 2 carat diamonds and up. It looks perfect with a round brilliant, as you can see above, but the setting would look amazing with an emerald cut, princess cut, or oval diamond too.
This gorgeous twisted band ring from the Ribbon collection sets both of its intertwined platinum shanks with .87ctw of G colored, VS clarity diamonds.
This cushion cut halo is the definition of the perfect cushion cut engagement ring. With two tiers of bead set round brilliant diamonds wrapping your center diamond, it’s all bling as far as the eye can see. Because, as this shot clearly shows, this gorgeous ring showcases another band set with huge round brilliant diamonds, bringing the accent total to 1.85ctw.
Back to the solitaires – this is an example of the perfect oval, in its natural habitat. We love the gently tapered, thin diamond shanks and the unique, bold prongs that keep your ring secure.
We promise we didn’t mean to exclusively feature RoyalT rings. But this emerald cut is a mainstay on all of our favorite lists, so it had to make this one. The 3(!!) carat setting comes fully loaded with 1.77 carats total of G colored, VS clarity round brilliant diamonds in the flush halo and band.
Lest you think we’re leaving out yellow gold, we’re NOT! Look at this thing! Beautiful, bright and warm 18 karat gold envelops round brilliant diamonds set into the band and lacy, lightly set smaller round brilliants in a three sided halo around the center diamond of your choice.
This Tacori engagement ring pulls out all the stops. There are diamonds everywhere. It starts with a base of a classic split shank halo. The shanks are set with small round brilliant diamonds, while the center halo boasts slightly larger diamonds that are just as Gorgeous (yes, capitalized – in TacoriSpeak Gorgeous stands for G color!) But the majority of this ring’s 2.43ctw of diamonds comes from those fabulous round brilliant diamonds embedded between the shanks for a bold, blinding look.
We love this halo from Tacori’s new Renaissance Bloom collection. It’s a Deco-style, highly sculpted and artistic engagement ring that looks like it was handcrafted in the 1920’s. We love this setting!
This gorgeous halo from the Ribbon collection is a beautiful, elegant twisted shank with .71ctw of round brilliants set in platinum and waiting for your dream center diamond.
To end things on a classic note, we present our favorite Tacori 6-prong solitaire. The band is fixed with huge, round brilliant diamonds that add .67ctw to the platinum setting. Paired with a diamond eternity band? It’s sheer perfection!
