This week, our eyes are on Christie’s as they prepare to auction the Stephen S. Palmer Grand Complication Patek Philippe watch tomorrow. And while the 18kt rose gold antique pocket watch might be grabbing headlines, there are several other beauties in its Important Watches sale, happening at Rockefeller Center in New York.

Bonham’s

This week at Bonham’s also boasts a fine watch sale, also happening tomorrow. This one takes place across the pond at Bonham’s Bond Street location in London. With hundreds of fine pocket watches and headliners like vintage Rolex, Patek and Cartier, this auction is sure to be exciting.

Of course, Bonham’s loves a good jewelry sale as well, and this week brings two in the UK. One in Oxford, featuring antique gems and jewelry, and a few watches and wristwatches.

Also in the UK, but at Bonham’s Knightsbridge location, a jewelry auction largely dedicated to Belle Epoque antique jewelry will begin on Wednesday. Beautiful diamond brooches, pendants and other fabulous pieces will fetch plenty of attention and likely exceed their estimates.

Sotheby’s

This week Sotheby’s is also featuring a watch sale (also in New York!) chock full of interesting finds. Highlights include a custom gold and enamel pocket watch made for H.H. The Maharaja Sirdar Singhyi Saheb Bahadur of Jodhpur by Graff, a platinum tourbillon by A. Lagne & Sohne and a slew of fine and rare Jaeger LeCoultres.
