Two Tone Thursday – White and Yellow Diamonds and Gold
We’ve been stocking up on fabulous additions to our online showroom, as per usual. It’s hard not to when our clients come into our Boca Raton store to sell jewelry, bringing along with them designer jewelry, big diamonds and amazing estate jewelry. This week, we added a few dozen pieces that now inhabit showcases all over the store – fancy colored diamonds case, vintage watch case, “Bubbie’s case“, and of course our pre owned designer jewelry case. Our favorites this afternoon though, are strictly white and yellow. Yellow gold with white diamonds, vice versa, and funky combos of both have us declaring it “Two Tone Thursday.” Start your evening (and possibly even an early weekend for a lucky few) off right with our two tone picks to rock.
We’re developing a minor obsession with these two tone fancy yellow sapphire and white diamond pave button earrings. A cushion shape of 18kt white gold and .45ctw of diamonds features a pop of color, thanks to 18kt yellow gold and .40ctw of yellow sapphires.
We’re thinking we’ll pair those earrings with this fabulous two tone white and yellow diamonds tennis bracelet by Gregg Ruth. 129 round brilliant white diamonds form the foundation of the tennis bracelet, while 9 delicious princess cut fancy yellows are surrounded by round brilliant fancy yellows at even stations.
We’ll even go so far as to suggest wearing this pre owned Tiffany Etoile bangle on your other hand (we hardly ever turn down an arm party, but that Gregg Ruth bracelet needs to shine on its own wrist.) The smooth lines of the Etoile collection always charm us, and the embedded white diamonds make this bangle shine like a star studded sky.
Speaking of stars, we also nabbed a stunning Cartier Constellation trinity ring this week. A rolling ring is a wonderful addition to any jewelry collection, thanks to interesting construction and sheer wearability – with options from several designers, in various metals, it’s easy to find one for your style and budget. We favor this diamond studded one. Because it has diamonds. Diamonds always win.
