Rose Gold and Navy Bridesmaids
One of our favorite year -round color palettes for a wedding is navy and rose gold. It can be styled preppy during the summer months, its moody deep blue is perfect for winter weddings. The palette is lovely for fall without being seasonal when we’re being bombarded with pumpkins and apples at every turn. And for spring, just imagine freshly bloomed peonies in blush with a glittering rose gold ribbon to hold the bouquet together. We just can’t get enough of this palette, and we also happen to think that rose gold and navy bridesmaids ensembles are an elegant and fun way for your bridesmaids to coordinate with the theme of your wedding. For bridesmaids on a budget, you can’t beat a bridesmaids dress under $100. With a price like that, you have plenty left over for a great new pair of shoes – these Nina Earleen peep toe pumps are chic, comfortable, and sweet in rose gold satin. We also love this BCBGeneration rose gold sequin crossbody bag, available only at Macy’s for $38. And this Bouquet, from a local Sundy House wedding is the perfect combination of soft texture, a blush pink palette, and a loose, whimsical construction. It’s the dream bridesmaids bouquet. And while we’re dreaming, we’d add this gorgeous pair of pink mother of pearl, 14 karat yellow gold and diamond earrings to accentuate the dress’s deep sweetheart neckline. They’re oversized but not too heavy, thanks to the “slice” style of the mother of pearl. With omega backs (for pierced ears), these earrings feel as comfortable as if they were just the round buttons without the pear shaped drops! But trust us, we’re glad the pear shaped drops are there to turn these sweet earrings into a major statement.
