Introducing the Tiffany T Collection

A new era has dawned at Tiffany & Co. After last year's 175th anniversary celebration, the re-creation of some of Tiffan'y most splendid Victorian style designs, and of course, the always celebrated Little Blue Book, Tiffany is as successful as ever. Luxury trade reports have it continuing in growth all over the globe (except for Japan.) It's sure to be spotted on many a star this coming red carpet season. And it does the dual "attainable luxury/ultra luxury" balancing act better than many of its luxury counterparts. While Tiffany diamonds make jaws drop and auction hammers slam, its retail stores are still accommodating to customers shopping for every day pieces. And like the Return to Tiffany heart toggles, dog tags, and Tiffany Keys before it, the newest collection of Tiffany pieces is sure to be another hit with the masses.

Welcome, the Tiffany T collection.

The bold, striking geometry of the new collection is reminiscent of Tiffany Atlas, or even Tiffany Metropolis. Design director Francesca
Amfitheatrof makes her Tiffany & Co. debut with the Tiffany T collection. According to Tiffany's website, Amfitheatrof explains:

“The letter T is sculptural and bold and very closely linked to the architecture of New York City."

NYC, of course, is home to Tiffany's flagship 5th Avenue boutique. It's easy to see the clean and bold lines conjuring the same shape as the Manhattan skyline. It's also easy to see the no nonsense, refined & classic New York style in the no-frills elegance of the Tiffany T pieces.

Another nod, perhaps one that Tiffany may not want to acknowledge, is to the uber popular Cartier Love and Juste un Clou bracelets. Stacks of simpler shapes knocked statement bracelets out of the park, with scores of costume and fashion jewelers drawing inspiration from Cartier's iconic gold bangles. It's about time they had some competition, and Tiffany's T Wire bracelets certainly fit the bill - at a much smaller bill, that is.

The rose gold version with diamonds is divine, but the Wire bracelet comes in white and yellow gold as well, and offers non-diamond and diamond options for both the rose and yellow gold. Prices for the bracelet range from $1500 - $3000.

On the higher end of the bracelet spectrum, we have the chunkier, more substantial Tiffany T Square bracelet. It comes in rose gold and yellow gold, both of which are priced at $5000. The sterling silver option, however, is only $950.

But the Tiffany T line isn't all bangles - a lovely, large cuff comes in three sizes and two color combinations, arguably the best of which is the Bar Cuff in sterling silver and rose gold.

The Tiffany T chain bracelet is just beautiful, especially in rose gold - we love that Tiffany is adding it as a default option to this sure-to-be-classic line.

Also up for grabs are rings - just like the Wire bracelet the Wire rings come in coordinating diamond and non-diamond options ranging from $650 to $1500. There's also the Square ring to coordinate with the Square bracelet, just $350 - $1200.

Add to this the necklaces - both two chain options in multiple metals and the Tiffany T "Smile" pendant in multiple metals - we're smitten!

Check out the entire collection on Tiffany's website, and check out online showroom often - we can't wait to snap up any of these pieces as soon as they hit the re-sale market!
