Today we're craving alternative engagement rings. Alternative meaning not-your-solitaire-round-brilliant. And engagement ring is a piece that you'll wear for the rest of your life, and if your style is more unique, your ring should be too. Plenty of women are not interested in diamonds at all, eschewing the carbon for more colorful gemstones, rich black onyx, or a different twist on a center diamond.
