Travel Tuesday: Where/ Wear
Plitvice Park, Croatia
Welcome back to, Travel Tuesday! We’re thoroughly infected with the Travel Bug at Raymond Lee Jewelers, and our globe trotting adventures don’t end with all of the jewelry shows we attend. When wanderlust kicks in, and our minds start to drift, here’s a sampling of Where we’ve gone/what we’ll Wear.
Croatia is quickly becoming one of Europe’s most sought after travel destinations. The Mediterranean climes of the Adriatic coastline, combined with the rich history of cities like Split (which boasts Roman Ruins), and Dubrovnik, which claims one of UNESCO’s World Heritage Sites, Plitvice Park.
“The waters flowing over the limestone and chalk have, over thousands of years, deposited travertine barriers, creating natural dams which in turn have created a series of beautiful lakes, caves and waterfalls. These geological processes continue today. The forests in the park are home to bears, wolves and many rare bird species.” – UNESCO
This breathtaking park requires all terrain fashion, and Raymond Lee Jewelers is well prepared. Here’s what we’ll Wear:
You’ll never have to twist our arm to wear neon, but whilst hiking it serves a dual safety purpose. We’re all for anything that’s simultaneously safe and chic. These options for hiking outfits are comfortable, practical, and will keep us cool & dry. While we’re combining fashion with function, we’ll cap off our outfit with a timepiece perfectly suited for this trip – the Rolex Explorer II white dial.
