Our parts account with the Swatch Group enables us to purchase all spare parts needed to repair your Omega watch on site. Our on site watch repair center has all the appropriate equipment necessary to repair all Omega watches. Only factory original parts are used to repair you Omega watch. Once we get the OK for your full service Omega repair the following steps will be performed:

1.  Our watchmakers will disassemble the case by removing the crystal, dial, and movement, then crown, pushers, gaskets, and so on until every piece to the case is seperated. 
2.  Then he will clean and polish the bracelet and case and put the case back together minus the dial and movement. 
3.  Next he takes apart the entire movement into all of its seperate pieces.  He will check for any damaged parts and replace them if necessary.  
4.  After the parts are replaced, the movement is cleaned  in our Greiner Vibrograf ACS 900 cleaning machine.
5.  Then, he puts the movement back together with lubrication as necessary. 
6.  Once the movement is back together it is put back in the case with the dial and sealed. 
7.  The water resistance is checked in the Witschi Proofmaster M machine
8.  After the water resistance is guaranteed we set the watch on a Bergeon watch winder for a day or two to ensure it is running properly before giving it back to you. 
9.  When you pick up the watch you will receive a 2 year warranty for your full service automatic Omega watch repair.

All full Swiss watch services are accompanied by a full 2 year guarantee.

All quartz overhauls are accompanied by a three year guarantee and free lifetime batteries.
