Feature Friday: Vintage Van Cleef Arpels
Feature Friday is Fashion Friday and TGIF! We’re featuring one of our favorite pieces from the showroom fashioned two ways for whatever your weekend holds.
Is there anything that kicks off the weekend better than a little vintage VCA? We think not. Today’s featured item(s) are a fabulous set of Van Cleef & Arpels mother of pearl and jade earrings plus pin pendant. Set in 18kt gold, with a sprinkling of diamonds for good measure, both the earrings and pin/pendant are gorgeous. The 18kt gold basket weave choker chain is also pretty fabulous, we love how it’s simultaneously chunky, but lays flat thanks to its weaved construction. This suite is perfect for evening or a smart casual ensemble, so we’ll leave it to you, dear readers, to choose between Rachel Gilbert’s stunning Sonya gown and Mr. de la Renta’s ladylike silk dress. Of course, each have fabulous shoes by Manolo Blahnik and Jimmy Choo on their side (not to mention Edie Parker and Givenchy bags, respectively). Your weekend, your choice!
