Unbelievably, today is November 1st. 2012 is winding down as the holiday season kicks into gear, and we’ve barely had time to sock away the last of Halloween candy before our thoughts turn to turkey and holiday music (it’s never too soon).
With Thanksgiving quickly approaching, as well as our own 30th birthday, we’re reflecting on what we’re grateful for this year. We’re grateful for 3 decades in beautiful South Florida, serving the county’s, area’s, state’s – even the country’s – estate jewelry and watch needs. We’re grateful for a sales and repair team that feels like family. We’re grateful that our business remains family owned and operated. We’re grateful that we can support our local community non-profits, and we’re certainly grateful for our amazing fans, friends, followers and readers.
And the intersection of those last two is what we’re celebrating this month. Raymond Lee Jewelers is a proud member of the Boca Raton and Palm Beach community, and we’re grateful for three decades of being South Florida’s most trusted estate jewelry and watch boutique and buyer. This month, we’re shaking up our usual fan appreciation sweepstakes.
In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we’re giving thanks by giving back to our community. We’ve chosen some of our favorite, and some of your favorite Palm Beach county-based non-profit organizations for you to vote for. Throughout the month you can vote for your favorite organization, and invite your friends to like our page and vote for their favorites too. At the end of the month, we’ll donate $1,000 to 3rd place, $2,000 to 2nd place, and $5,000 to first place.
It’s simple to vote – just “like” our page and click on the “Give Thanks & Give Back” poll. Read about the non-profits participating (and check out their Facebook pages!) and vote for your favorite. You can check back daily, invite your friends and family to vote, and spread the word to support the nhon-profit of your choice. At the end of the month, we’ll have our final tally, and Raymond Lee Jewelers will donate the prize money to each of the top 3 non-profits.
